- Fluency in Russian and English; knowledge of Greek will be an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate law and working with Cyprus legislation
- Residence in Cyprus Will be considered an advantage:
- Experience working in a Family Office environment
- Licenses from the Cyprus Bar Association and CySEC (Advanced License)
- Experience supporting real estate or automotive transactions
Our expectations:
- Opening bank accounts for clients, including collecting required documentation and full communication with banks
- Registration and ongoing corporate maintenance of Cyprus companies
- Conducting basic customer due diligence (KYC – Know Your Customer)
- Liaising with external legal advisors on corporate law matters, license renewals, and other related issues
- Corporate administration of the group’s companies (amendments, registry maintenance, corporate procedures)
