We are perfect for each other if you:
  • Fluency in Russian and English (Greek will be an advantage)
  • Higher education
  • At least 1 year of HR experience
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
  • Valid work permit
Our expectations:
  • Participation in recruitment: posting vacancies, initial resume screening
  • Selection of candidates from DOM Academy
  • Organizing and participating in interviews
  • Maintaining candidate and employee databases
  • Assisting with new employee adaptation
  • Managing HR documentation (onboarding / offboarding)
  • Assisting in organizing internal company events and team building
