A new skyscraper called Burj Azizi is being built in Dubai.
The height of the 132-storey building will be 175 metres.
The project will be located along Sheikh Zayed Street. According to the developer, the tower will be the second tallest building in the world after the Burj Khalifa, surpassing the 679-metre Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur. But that's not all! The skyscraper will have the world's tallest hotel lobby, the world's tallest nightclub, the world's tallest observation deck, the world's tallest restaurant and the world's tallest hotel room.
The project is estimated to cost Dh6 billion or $1.63 billion at current exchange rates. Burj Azizi is expected to be a new architectural marvel that will add even more prestige to Dubai's ever-changing skyline.
Burj Azizi will also include a vertical shopping mall, a luxury 7-star hotel, residential apartments and short term rentals, a wellness centre, swimming pools, saunas, cinema, gym, mini-markets, residents' lounges and a children's playground, as well as an "adrenaline" zone that will give visitors the feeling of "floating on clouds".
Burj Azizi promises to be not only an architectural dominant, but a multi-functional complex including
- Approximately 250 luxury hotel rooms
- Premium residential apartments
- State-of-the-art banquet halls for events
- Elegant restaurants, cafes and a shopping mall
Special attention has been paid to the visual experience of the tower: the view of Burj Azizi from a distance and at the foot of the tower will be completely different, creating a unique experience depending on the vantage point. At night, the building will be transformed into a light installation - the tower will come alive with a dynamic LED show that promises to become one of the new landmarks of the city's skyline.
Burj Azizi is not just another skyscraper on the Dubai map. It is the epitome of architectural audacity, engineering ingenuity and urban future. The tower will become a symbol of how modern architecture can not only reach for the sky, but also create an impressive cultural and visual heritage.
