Abu Dhabi has officially entered a new era of real estate management. With the launch of the government platform Digital Buy & Sell Journey, the capital of the UAE has become the first city in the region where property sales and purchases can be conducted entirely online.
This innovative system, developed under the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), allows buyers and sellers to complete the entire transaction process — from application submission to final registration — without the need for physical presence. The platform is integrated with the government ecosystem TAMM and uses digital signatures via UAE Pass, ensuring full legal protection for all documents.
Fully Digital Transactions: Security and Transparency at Every Step
The Digital Buy & Sell Journey platform guarantees a secure and transparent process for buying or selling property. Every stage — from digital contract signing and escrow account payments via ADREC, to mortgage settlement, registration, and verification through ADREC Trustee — is conducted online in a protected digital environment.
Video communication support enables participants to interact with ADREC representatives in real time, while the use of regulator-managed accounts ensures financial reliability and legal compliance.
